As a result, we invite you to come along to our new series of Booster Shot Workshops. A short burst of training on selected Moodle features just when you need it!
Competencies in Moodle, who is it for?
Perfect if you’re working in Vocational Education. Or trying to come up with innovative ways to track mandatory training? Or Continuing Professional Development (CPD)? Moodle 3.1 has some fantastic new features for you!
This half day workshop is with trainer Scott Huntley (recently from TAFE NSW). Scott introduces participants to the new feature of Competency Based Education (CBE) in Moodle. Additionally, you will also get hands-on experience with a practice Moodle site for each participant.
The session explores:
– setting up competencies;
– adding competencies to Competency Frameworks;
– creating Learning Plans;
– linking components in courses;
– viewing participant progress
So, this is a perfect opportunity for you to explore this new area of Moodle.
